Accountability
This morning I realized that I'm pretty sure I missed my personal scriptures and prayers last night. On the one hand, it's unfortunate that I probably missed out, on the other, I'm glad I had morning scripture study and prayer as well so I didn't go a full day without putting on my strength. As for exercise, my right knee started feeling really grumpy last night for no apparent reason. It could be from some wall sits I had done earlier in the day, and it could be that something got tweaked while slipping around on my walk home in the ice and snow, I never fell - but I had some quick feet catches to prevent falling and maybe although I didn't feel it at the time my knee was jarred. In any event, I hoped I would sleep it off, but awoke with a creaky knee that I felt it would be best not to put through squats this morning. I substituted KB swings instead. 3x40 reps with a 35-pound bell. It winded me, but didn't seem to bother my knee, so I think it was a good substitution. I also left my phone upstairs which I use for listening to my morning scriptures while I put away dishes. I subbed in listening to the sounds of Sunday on Alexa - I know there is a way to get scripture on there, but it seems to change and I can easily spend more time than I have just trying to get it to work.

Kettle bell swings, Thanks for the reminder. That’s a good bit of training I can do every day. Sorry about the knee. I soak up more scripture by listening than reading on an average day but Sunday is coming up.
