Accountability
Getting stronger day by day in multiple ways. Prayers are getting more consistent, Scripture study is steadily improving on the whole. For pull-ups today I tried 3x5 with 35-second rest intervals. I got 5,5,4, but the last ones still weren't pretty. I disliked them so much after doing dishes I added another set, with leg tuck crunches getting another four pull-ups. I think the stall in progress is still on account of the poor sleep Sunday night leaving Monday pull-ups to be a single set as I was feeling like I might get sick if I pushed it. I'm happy to report that I have not gotten sick. I've also observed in the past that my Thursday performances are often no better than Monday, so either my early Thursday wake-up dampens performance or it takes two small sessions to make improvements that I can notice.
Mormon 7
In Mormon 7, an invitation to the Lamanites of our time is issued to believe on the record of Christ brought by the gentiles (the bible) and that if they believe that they will also believe the record in the Book of Mormon and come unto Christ. Interestingly enough, I've had this work both ways. Praying to know the Book of Mormon was true and receiving an answer strengthened my belief in the Bible as well. Then during times of trial and weak faith - times when I've been open to exploring other faiths entirely, the bible has brought me back to my faith in the restored gospel.

Unexplored territory, my belief in The Bible and The Book of Mormon has gone from unexplored territory to fully persuaded. I am trying to explore more deep now. I recently found section 101 in the 1835 Book of Commandments. Unexplored territory for sure that I need to research Joseph Smith’s authorized revelations. Beyond that, I can now easily pump out 120 consecutive push-ups from the knees first thing in the morning. Leg work is my next hobby. In fact, if I think of cleaning or any job as a hobby it makes it more fun.
