Beautiful Morning
This morning I woke up around 5:30 am to get ready for some fitness clients at 6:00 am. I received a message they weren't doing well today, so I took the opportunity to get outdoors for a nice morning stroll. It was lovely whether and so nice to catch the early morning rays . Upon returning from my walk I enjoyed a great pulling workout complete with pull-ups, biceps curls, back flyes, Posterior deltoid kick backs and trap 3 raises. It was nice not to feel rushed. I then moved on to dishes and listening to scripture.
Power of the Holy Ghost
In listening to scripture today towards the end of 2 Nephi, there was quite a bit being said about the power of the Holy Ghost. It conveys messages to the hearts of listeners and allows those infused with it to speak with the tongue of angels and shout praises to the Holy One of Israel. There is also a warning that those who have received of the baptism of fire and spoken with the tongue of angels that deny the Lord would have been better off not knowing the Lord. Because Angels speak by the Holy Ghost they speak the words of Christ - which makes sense since the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are One God.
Be strong!

I’m impressed with your work and progress. So far I am safe in regard to that warning for those who have received the baptism of fire and the Holy Ghost. I would like to be worthy of that baptism. I just happened to hear in one of Paul’s epistles as I was soaking up th New Testament today that physical exercise is of little value. So with that one scripture as my North Star I can justify not exercising. I remember a comedian, Billy Van, saying that he had joined AA. That stands for Athletes Anonymous if he every felt like exercising he would call a friend who would talk him out of it.
