Accountability

Still tired and run down from my headache yesterday which I couldn't shake and became bad enough I needed to take a sick day for it. I managed to get three sets of push-ups with 20-second rest intervals -> 20,20,19 was the final count. I was actually impressed. I didn't think I'd do that well today.

Scripture study and prayers are still consistently happening and overall on an improvement trend in quality.

Ponderings

I'm short on time so I'll just leave you with the thought about the importance of exchanging prisoners in your life. Do you have enemies (temptation, guilt) that you are spending too much of your time and resources trying to keep down, when you could simply exchange them for comrades at arms (good qualities that you haven't had access to in awhile)? Could be worth considering putting more time into developing those good qualities and exchanging them for the ones you're trying to keep locked up.

Exchange, That’s an interesting take on it. If you say yes to one thing you are probably saying no to something else. King Lamoni’s father was willing to give away all his sins to know the Lord, The Great Spirit, Heavenly Father. He was willing to exchange his kingdom that he might know the great joy that Aaron had told him about. I have thought recently that I would give away all my clutter or disorganization so that my wife could be happier. When your wife has cancer it seems that so many other things just aren’t that important.
