Short on time

This morning showcased the importance of simple and time-efficient behaviors to build into the routine. My alarm went off and I was so tired that I promptly fell back in bed and slept until I had to be going. I quickly squeezed in my three sets of 20 push-ups with around 45 seconds between sets. I noticed we forgot to run the dishwasher last night so I couldn't unload it and will need to listen to scriptures on my drive to work.
