Squats and more
I imagine it may get old for anyone reading frequently to see the repetition that I'm staying the course. I may shift toward less frequent but more thought out posts. In any event, this morning I had 3x20 squats to get through and did them with 30-seconds of rest between sets. It was a rough night with a sick child and wife and a lot of added bustle in the morning as I didn't get my time to myself for my workout as everyone was up from the little one waking them all.
